The connection between the designer of fiestaware and Roseville Pottery

ROSEVILLE POTTERYInterestingly enough, many pottery lovers
and collectors may have come across the name
“Roseville Pottery” through the years.

Did you know that Frederick Rhead was a
designer for this pottery located near
Zanesville, Ohio? He actually had his own
pottery at one time.

potteries across the United States. Having been
sold in flower shops and drug stores, department
stores and gift boutiques around the country, its
art and production wares became a staple in North
American homes through the time Roseville closed
in the 1950s.

credited with the creation of two world famous brands
of pottery.

Here is some interesting reading if you wish to learn
more. Credit is given to these very nice websites.
